Budidjaja International Lawyers (BIL) is an Indonesian full- service and independent law firm with a strong domestic and international presence. Established in 2007, we have quickly forged a reputation as one of the leading legal practices in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor in law degree.  A master’s degree is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a reputable law firm.
  • Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency in both drafting and speaking is a must.  Proficiency in other major languages is a plus.

TAX & ACCOUNT OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female/ Male, age between 25-30 years old;
  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting/Tax/Management/Finance;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience;
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written;
  • Familiar in preparing monthly or annual report, etc;
  • Preferably have Brevet A, B certificate;
  • Proactive and initiative;
  • Well-organized and pay attention to details;
  • Strong organization & administrative skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
JUNIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Female, age between 20-25 years old;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum Diploma Degree from any major, but preferably from Secretarial Academy;
  • Excellent Office Communication skill (public speaking, telephoning, correspondence);
  • Familiar with office automation (such as fax machine, scan machine, conference call;
  • video call and other office equipment);

  • Excellent computer skills of Ms. Office (word, excel, power point, outlook, etc);
  • and keyboarding (shortcut for computer function);

  • Excellent in administration skill, filing documents, preparing presentation, and handling minutes of meeting;
  • Have minimum typing speed 50 WPM (words per minute);
  • Have experience in handling travel arrangements, itinerary (ticketing, hotel, accommodation), travel expenses, etc;
  • Fluent in English is a MUST and mastering other foreign languages would be a plus;

  • Willing to work for long hours and able to work in a fast-paced environment;

  • Strong organization & administrative skills;

  • Proactive and initiative;

  • Well-organized and pay attention to details;

  • Team Player.

CLIENT RELATIONS ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Female/ Male, age between 22-25;
  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in English Literature, Communication, Management, Public Relation;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience;
  • Excellent Office Communication skill (public speaking, telephoning, correspondence);
  • Excellent computer skills of Ms.Office (word, excel, power point, outlook, etc) and keyboarding (shortcut for computer function);
  • Excellent in administration skill, filing documents, preparing presentation and handling minutes of meeting;
  • Preferably having basic skill in design (InDesign, Corel, Photoshop, etc);

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written, mastering other foreign languages would be a plus;

  • Willing to work for long hours and able to work in a fast-paced environment;

  • Able to provide design portfolio (if available).

CLIENT RELATIONS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Female/ Male, age between 25-35 years old;
  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Law, Management, Marketing, Business, Public Relation;
  • Minimum 5 years working experience;
  • Excellent computer skills of Ms. Office (word, excel, power point, outlook, etc);
  • Excellent communication skills (public speaking, telephoning, correspondence);
  • Preferably having knowledge in design (InDesign, Corel, Photoshop, etc);
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing subordinates and any projects;
  • Willing to demonstrate commitment to high professional ethical standard;
  • Fluent in English is a MUST, mastering other foreign languages would be a plus;
  • Willing to work for long hours and able to work in a fast-paced environment;

  • Has good communication and leadership;

  • Strong organization & administrative skills;

  • Proactive and initiative;

  • Well-organized and pay attention to details;
  • Able to provide design portfolio (if available).
