He has extensive experience in representing clients in a number of suspension of payment and insolvency/bankruptcy proceedings before the Indonesian Commercial Court, as well as the out-of-court debt restructuring. He has also been involved in a vast array of projects and deals, such as mezzanine and project financing, acquisition, company restructuring, and liquidation, with clients from various business sectors, amongst others, private equity, banking, IT, telecommunication, mining, power, waste management, and renewable energy.
He has also assisted clients in general corporate matters and conducting legal due diligence for specific projects.
He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2013 from the Faculty of Law of University of Padjadjaran, majoring in Economic Law. During his college time, he actively participated in several student organizations, such as the Economic Law Club and the Moot Court Society through which he represented the university in the national moot court competition.
He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and admitted to practice in Indonesian court.
He speaks Indonesian, English, and basic conversational Chinese.
