Selvana’s main practice areas are Banking and Finance; Corporate Merger and Acquisition; and Intellectual Property Rights and Franchising. Selvana has advised and assisted domestic and multinational companies mainly in acquisitions and foreign direct investment projects, various contractual arrangements, compliances, general corporate matters and intellectual property rights.
Selvana graduated from Faculty of Law of Pelita Harapan University with cum laude predicate in 2013, majoring in Business Law. While at law school, Selvana was an avid mooter and has represented the university and Indonesia in a number of international law moot court competitions including the Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition in Japan and the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington, DC, USA. She is also involved as a committee member and participant in events held by the Indonesian Society of International Law and the university’s faculty of law student senate. She was a Research Assistant for a National Consultant on an asset recovery project funded by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. She has passed the Bar Exam held by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and currently waits for her admittance to the Bar.
